| I am Cylmae Mistylore, leader of the Norrathian
Knights. I am very proud to be given the honor of leading this
wonderful group of people on our world, Norrath. It is my
dream that we will go forth upon the land, ridding Norrath and it's
moon as well as the altered planes of all evil. While we fight
a mighty battle we will also lend a helping hand to those who need
it. I pledge that I will never stray from my dream. That
I will help all I can to make this land, so bitterly trampled with
the weight of evil, a better place to travel and enjoy. For
those endangered by the power of the evil in our world, I
pledge myself, and those who follow me, to be there when
needed. I swear that I and my guild will never tolerate evil
in any form. As a Knight I go forth with that one image -- the
image of a Norrathian Knight -- to represent the very dream in my
heart. This guild is my dream. |

| Our Ideals |
| The Norrathian Knights are bound together in a
vision of virtue. We stand for Valor, Honesty, Honor, Compassion, and
Justice.

| Our
Valor |
| As a guild, we will fight against all odds for
what we know in our hearts to be true. Though we wish peace, we will seek
out and destroy all evil. We will go forth and gain experience, friends
and allies in our quest to promote and uphold our virtues. This is not
just something we do as a guild; this is something we believe in as
Knights.

| Our
Honesty |
| The Norrathian Knights value Honesty in all
things. Not only are the Knights expected to speak only truth, but each is
expected to be true to their own inner self as well. A Knight's personal
beliefs in the virtues must match those of our Order, but we know that
each Knight is an individual. Every Knight will place varying value in
each of the Virtues. But all Norrathian Knights are trusted to uphold
honesty as a part of their being. Truth is Honesty and all Knights are
true.

| Our Honor |
|
Honesty and Valor together create Honor which is the most important
virtue to the Norrathian Knights. All Knights are expected to live with,
and stand for, Honor. With Honor, all members of the guild are empowered
to do the right thing and have the strength to keep their word even when
tempted by evil to bend it. A Knight's Honor is bound in devotion and
respect to the guild and to all others. It is found in the guild's
dedication to follow the laws of the land. It is there in the heart and
life of each Knight regardless of level and power.

| Our
Compassion |
Every member of the Norrathian Knights is
expected to show devotion to the destruction of all evil, but at the same
time they will watch for and respect the needs of others. As Norrathian
Knights, it is our duty to roam the lands helping whenever we are called
upon. We are dedicated to use our might to uphold the weak and our blades
to defend the helpless. We use our wrath to strike down the wicked and
stand fast to defend the Honor of our Guild and those within it. Members
of the Norrathian Knights will show respect to all individuals, even if
they stand for different beliefs then we do, or even no beliefs at all.
Justice is a part of our Compassion. We will not stand by and let anyone
treat another with evil.

Justice |
Crime must be countered with consequences. This is Justice. It is
our sworn duty to seek out Justice as we travel through the lands.
Dishonor within the Norrathian Knights involves violating the laws of the
land as well as violating the virtues presented here. The council of the
Norrathian Knights will stand court and render judgment upon all
disagreements or injustices brought to its attention by guild members and
those without the guild. This decision will always uphold the name of the
guild in its honor and the virtues of the Knight in question. Dishonor,
disrespect, dishonesty, disregard to the care and well being of Knights
and others who fight beside us are considered crimes to the guild and will
be treated as such. It is expected of a Knight to uphold the virtues of a
Knight at all times.

Valor, Honesty, Honor, Compassion and Justice;
these are the virtues of a Knight. This is our goal and our life. We
strive to be the honesty, valor, honor, compassion, and justice of
Norrath. We are the Norrathian Knights.
